There are 2 types of units; simplexes and 3-level apartments. However, there is also one villa-style triplex. Sizes vary between 600 and 820 sqm with high ceilings of up to 4.50 meters. There is a common parking garage for all 3 buildings that includes 3 underground and 2 over ground lots. For residents expecting company, a designated visitor’s parking area is also available. Each apartment comes with a minimum of 4 parking spaces as well as a 15 sqm storage room.
